What’re my chances at Phoenix PD?

I’ve been applying left and right for about a year to no luck. Almost all non-selects. Now I’m applying to my dream agency, Phoenix PD.

Only problem is that I took a plea deal last year for filing a false police report in 2019. I just got it changed to Dismissed and Not Guilty before getting it fully expunged off my record.

FYI I’m currently in the background process, near the tail end. I have a BI but apparently they “found something in my background and it’s been sent up to my chain of command.” I think that’s referring to the court case, as I have quite literally no other flaws aside from the case.

What’re my chances of getting in? Any advice?
