Planning a trip

I was planning a trip to the local mountains, but my wife insisted i take her too. One big problem, shes in a wheelchair and weights more than the three wifes of my friends combined. She is very annoyed that i leave her for more than 3 days, but i wanna go outside and see the peak. Honestly what should i say??? Also should i bring food or hunt for it?
