My ex's gf insulted me

On valentines day, I decided to follow me ex, probably a bad idea - later found it was a bad idea. I was thinking of clearing the air, confirmation that I'm chill, or that he doesn't still hate me but things kinda took a turn for the worst. I didn't want to text him just to be clear, just follow, no drama. But he texted Me 'can I help you?' - I obviously don't reply, because that's quite defensive and doesn't sound nice, so I leave on read. Couple minutes later I get a text saying 'funny how you followed my fella, also I heard you have herpes and ringworm🤣' This text was then clear to me it was from his gf at the time.

She basically mocked me something I cannot help. And very personal medical information too. That was something I talked to my ex about at some point, that I said I'm embarrassed about. I didn't reply, and blocked. I then get a message from her account, again saying the same thing, mocking again. This time I messaged 'sorry I didn't mean to cause harm, please don't contact me again' - or something along those lines.

She then finds my current bfs profiles on both Snapchat and Instagram, and starts messaging on there, I don't know what she said, but I can only imagine how mocking or very impulsive it was. At this point it's harassment.

It upsets me, I've never been mocked about my health before. I contracted herpes virus when I was a baby, god knows from where that creates blisters on my lips. And ringworm I got treated for and I'm okay now. It made me feel small, belittled and exposed. I felt a little embarrassed and guilty.

It honestly upsets me that people at such an age act like 5 year olds. And that some people feel so insecure that they can't just trust their partner. Why would anyone with a good heart want to make someone feel so small?...
