New ranked features: suggest a build and suggest a ban

Suggest a ban:

If your randumbs don’t know what brawler to ban there will be a button similar to suggest a brawler but with a different button in the banning phase (with a different button so people don’t get confused) you would click the button and it will show brawlers that haven’t been banned yet and you would click the brawler to ban and it’ll show up for that person

Suggest a build:

If the person has the right gadget gear and star power that they aren’t using you can click the build under the brawler and it’ll say suggest a build
