I saw something that looked like myself

When I was 13, I randomly woke up in the middle of the night seeing myself staring back at me with a smile I felt was evil and disturbing. It was standing right in front of my bed. In the morning my sister, who was sleeping in the bed next to me asked me why I was standing in front of my bed across from her in the middle of the night, I told her I wasn’t but I had a dream that I was which felt very real, I still don’t understand this but it creeps me out so much. Can anyone explain spiritually what this could mean?
