Hey guys I need advice !

I plan on taking my 2026 pro 4x cross country from South Carolina to California to go visit family but to also pick up my dad’s old truck that means so much to me . It’s a 2004 Tacoma xtra cab weighs like 4k lbs I plan on towing it back from California to South Carolina . Is there anything I should consider ? Can this truck handle that ? I plan on driving non stop . Any advice would help. I plan on bringing it with a u haul small 2 tire trailers they have .
