Can you get into top acting schools if English isn’t your first language?

Hi everyone! Do you think someone whose first language is not English can get accepted into acting schools like RADA or similar top drama schools? What kind of preparation would you recommend in terms of language, auditions, and overall readiness?

Also, would it be considered a plus if the applicant has already studied in a drama school in their own country before applying?
