It’s been almost 3 months and I’m still struggling

My ex ended it with me almost 3 months ago. We was only together a year, why can’t I get over this? His moved on with someone else and I’m still struggling. I don’t even have any energy/motivation to do day to day tasks. I’m tired of feeling like this and want to be over him. Why am I so hung up on him?😞
