Kids club ages

We are cruising on the Treasure the end of May and I have a kid who will be 11 the month after our trip. What does this look like for them when it comes to the kids club? Since this is the oldest age in the kids club but you have to be 11 to go to the tween club I’m wondering if there will be enough things for him to do/kids to hang out with in the kids club? Are they able to go to the tween club at all or is that a hard no on the DCL?
