French trans women — ALD reimbursement for vaginoplasty abroad?

I’m posting to see whether any French trans women have managed to obtain reimbursement through ALD (Affection Longue Durée) for a vaginoplasty performed outside of France, either within Europe or further abroad (for example Thailand).

If this applies to you, I would really appreciate hearing about your experience:

• Were you able to get partial or full reimbursement through CPAM?
• Did you need prior authorization (such as an S2 form within the EU)?
• Was the surgery in the EU or outside the EU?
• Did you have to appeal or take additional administrative steps?

I am currently under ALD and medically followed in France, and I’m trying to understand all possible options before making a decision.
