B1+ speakers - what's one thing you would have changed?

What's one thing you would change, if you had to go back to the beginning of your language learning journey, about the way in which you learnt Finnish? So that you could have learnt better, quicker, or whatever it is.

You can say more than one as well :p

Bonus question, what's one method you did that helped you a lot, which you're glad to have done?

For me personally, although I'm only reaching B1 now, if I could go back I would have tried harder to immerse myself in listening to Finnish. Probably just immersing myself in general.

And I'm glad that I used Anki from the start and not something like Quizlet, and that I turned my Anki onto typing mode where you have to type out the answer. My writing benefitted a lot.
