Need help #love

I'm posting this here because I need a lot of opinions to get some personal answers. I know it's not always the right thing to do, but I'm doing it anyway.

Actually, I'm bisexual, with a stronger attraction to women, but right now I have a crush on a male friend, and I need a lot of feedback.

First, some context: he's a friend I met through a new group of friends. I think he's nice, and he's the kind of guy who doesn't like being bothered and is what I'd call a 'chill guy'. It's only very recently that I've discovered these feelings I have and the fact that I can also have a weakness for men sometimes. Before I was really sure I had a crush on him, I would look at him, maybe more than others :/ Since I know I have this crush, whenever I think of him, my heart races and I get a strange feeling in my chest and head. So, could it be love? :) Also, I don't know if he would be ready to be with a boy. I think he once said he was asexual, so does that only mean he has no sexual attraction to anyone? Or no attraction at all?
