how to widen narrow philtrum RN
i tried to search online but literally nobody in the world has narrow parralel straight philtrum so pls help literally nobody on the interenet or my parents anyone has my philtrum, only way i can define it as : narrow prominent abnormal philtrum, like this girl below from tt has a double philtrum idk if i have that , but i have hers except theirs no space between the two. genuinenly nobody in the world has it i may be the first one help me pls 😢
