Dog Walkers: How do you handle irregular clients?

I'm to the point where I now have lunch time completely booked on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but in the long term I would like to have Monday through Friday booked from morning to evening with recurring walks. Do you find that having occasional weekly walks gets in the way of clients that are looking to have their pet walked all week?

Is it unlikely that people want their pets walked every day of the week?

My end goal is Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 or 10:00 to 6:00 after I am able to leave my day job. Is this realistic as a walker?
