Experienced hire interview questions

Any insight into what questions will be asked during the first screening call (with a recruiter) for an experienced hire (senior associate) position in advisory? I got a PMD referral, not sure if that changes anything. should I expect more technical questions or just general “tell me about yourself“ type of questions? thanks!
