SAMSUNG ES-15 menu issue

Do you have any idea about why my es15 shows black screen when i open the camera from power button and press the menu button.Also when i open the camera in display mode and then press menu button it frozes showing the image.It takes photos and records it to sd card properly but i can't change modes because i can't open menu.Anyone having this issue before?
