help me understand

My period should be over 2 weeks before, instead it never came. I had the flu pretty badly before my expected date. I have had piv contact but for seconds at a time (Knowing its still a risk). My boobs got sore for like 1-2 days and I thought were my premenstrual symptoms but they went back to normal without my period showing up. I have had some weird months with my cycle before, but this is weird. Anyone has any explanations?
