I'm a real woman because I have random issues with my body ☝️

I have a weird reoccurring pain in my stomach, if I lie facedown it comes really intensely, almost debilitating, kinda feels like my insides are tearing but it's been going on for a while and I can't feel a lump and nothing bad has happened so it's probably no biggie, don't want to go to the doctor as a troon since I'm diy'ing, don't care if it's something bad anyway ig
