(BC) Getting retinol/ tretinol prescription at a pharmacy

I had hoped to have a couple years between dealing with acne and starting to get fine lines and wrinkles but no such luck.

Can anyone share their experience/ advice on getting a prescription from a pharmacist or would it be better to go through my family doctor?
