Laser/Light Treatment

Has anyone tried laser/light treatments on their KP? I saw the VA (Veterans hospital) for my KP and they didn't do much. I had to push to get some Urea cream. They see it as cosmetic dermatology, not in their scope. But I do have outside insurance so I am looking at dermatologists for laser treatments for my stubborn KP. Thanks!
