Mazda 3 2017 hatchback 1.5 petrol MT6 high pitch whining noise when in 1st and 2nd gear

Most noticable at 25 km/h. When I just tip in the gas pedal, I get the same noise. Also when I release the gas pedal I get same noise, but in pulses. When clutch is pressed in, there is no noise. Can anyone help diagnose a problem (if there is) and possible solutions?
