Vagina in anus

I don't know if something like this exists, but I'm looking for something like the entrance to a vagina, something I could insert into my anus to simulate a vagina. I mean, like taking a male masturbator (a sleeve) and inserting it into my anus so that the vagina is visible.

If you have any questions, I can send a better picture of what I mean.
