Looking for family/fishing boat in Galveston

Had been looking at Sea Hunt/Key West 22-23 foot then went to boat show and someone recommended the Carolina Skiff Ultra Elite. Will be all Galveston bay, worried about deadrise on the Carolina.

Any thoughts?

Will primarily be family than fishing

Open to other suggestions between 21 and 24 feet

Thanks!!
