Recommendations for 2 PC streaming setup

Hi I’m just wanting some opinions on optimizing my setup for 2 pc streaming

Here are the parts I have to play with

Ryzen 9700x

Ryzen 7800x3d

RTX 4080 super

RTX 5070ti 16gb

Which would be the optimal setup for each PC. I’m leaning towards:

5070ti + 7800x3d for gaming 1440p maybe some 4k

4080 super + 9700x for streaming and video editing

I need some opinions oh wise ones. Please offer your valuable insight
