After months of waiting I finally got my job and ship date!

After a long wait I officially got my job (Technical Support Specialist, 1d731e) and my ship date (May 26). It took way longer than I expected, but it finally happened.

If anyone here has this job what’s it really like day to day? Anything you wish you knew before you shipped? Also where’s the best place to learn more about it beyond the recruiter info?

I’m excited but lowkey nervous. Any advice is appreciated.
