Zain Showroom

Hello, anyone works or who knows someone who works in Zain Showrooms?

I am not in Jordan but apparently my line was terminated (it was frozen, and now they say it is terminated)

I cant be in Jordan anytime soon, is there someone who might help me retrieve it? It is still within the 180 days of disconnecting.
