Loose limb on figure I received recently.

Hello, I apologize if this is not the right place to post about this.

Recently I received a "Revoltech Ayane NG3RE" figure. It's mostly fine, but unfortunately the right arm on the figure is a bit loose.

As you can see, it does not take much force to move the limb and in a certain position it doesn't easily stay in place. The peg/joint on her shoulder seems to stick a bit too much outward, and her shoulder pad is also loose.

Does anyone have any recommendations on improving this issue or what I can do best?
