Advice please

After some advice…

My daughter is 16 and started an apprenticeship in October 2025. She has been provided with a support plan as is diagnosed autistic/adhd. The training provider is useless, nothing on the support plan is followed and nothing is communicated with her.

She works 9-4 Mon- Fri, with minimal time during these hours to complete apprenticeship related work. She gets time out to have calls with tutors etc but not to actually complete work.

What we’re trying to figure out is could she potentially request to work in her setting four days a week and use the fifth day at home to complete her work? The idea of working from home would benefit her for a number of reasons including a quiet space that isn’t also used by other staff for breaks/lunches, not being called back to cover staff breaks, support from a family member when she feels overwhelmed by the work load, support also for when she needs refocusing.

Thanks in advance :)
