What is your most effective cat urine smell cleaner?

I have a healthy cat (took him to the vet to be sure there is no underlying issue) who is having a behavioral issue peeing outside the box on occasion to let us know he isn’t pleased with his new little brother. It sees to happen on days when my husband is busy and can’t give him the amount of attention he got as a new kitten during Covid (which was ALL the attention ALL the time). I have liked Rocco and Roxie enzymatic cleaner but I am scared that there is pee smell that we’ve gotten used to that other people can smell if they come in the house.

I’m looking for the best urine neutralizing cleaner you’ve found for floor, fabric, anywhere really, to make sure that we aren’t missing any hidden odors! I wouldn’t mind suggestions for general cleaning products too!!
