DINK couple trying to see more of life.

I’m a 26M and my wife is a 30F. We’re really considering moving to seattle. Our HHI is 230k but 26k of that is va disability that isn’t taxed(if that matters). Only debt we have is 12k in student loans. Both our cars are paid off. We visited for 2 weeks last year and really fell in love with the city and the mountains. We moved from DC to Tampa a few years ago and really don’t like it here. While we’re financially able we want to feel what it’s like to live in different regions. One day we’ll want a house but for right now just looking to rent right because we like the city life. Is our income suitable to do that comfortably? What neighborhoods are good? Any suggestions on this possibility are really appreciated.
