I have been a long time lurker here and decided it is time to post to share my experience with others.

How it started: I had a Prince Albert piercing that I had done myself originally at 10Ga. I had it for 13 years. It was fun while it lasted but like many it stretched and the skin went thin. It really got wider using chastity devices which used the PA as secondary security point. It easily grew to 0ga+. At the end it really affected the stream and was to be honest getting a bit boring…

Where I am at: Last year on new years day 2025 I decided it was time for a change and snip, the meato was created. Due to the small amount of metus cut healing was quick and enjoyed the new slit and access to the urethra. I can still pee at a urnal often better than having a PA but can spray in odd directions. At home I sit to pee now and I am used to it a year later. The mistress likes that. The meato has been fun and no regrets.

Where I am going next: In the coming weeks/months I will clamp+cut and enter subincison territory where I hope to gape and gain sensation and girth. The sensation of the meato is good buy yearn for more. The mistress even appreciates the meato and is looking forward to the increase in girth. I would like to add a apadravya piercing when I have the sub as I miss a genital piercing and like the look of the ball hidden as an pearl in the split. I will also probably put some bars on each side of the sub as many have done. I also want some genital implants to finish things off.

Enjoy the picture of the meato flacid and all feedback/comments welcome.

My meato and whats next…
