How do I draw the same character?

Okay so like I’m working on a comic but my problem is that I struggle to draw the same character over and over again in different positions without accidentally making certain body parts look too long or short. Like should I start by drawing the base first for every panel or something? I’m not sure and I’m really struggling with certain angles especially to get eyes and nose correctly placed but I never understand why I struggle to draw the same character over and over again just from different angles and poses.
