Dry herb vape, or regular vape

i want to get a large euphoric effect for concerts and such, and i know that many people have described the high potency healing herbals vape as giving a similar amount of euphoria to insufflation (I really don't like insufflation hence I'm looking for a vape), but im uk based so importing the e-juice for healing herbals is quite expensive, i was wondering if a dry herb vape with UB40 extract would work similarly well or if ill just need to bite the bullet for import price. also on a similar note does anyone know is UB40 is a mannitol based extract or not?
