What are the objectively correct item appearances?

Like, obviously its random. But some are right. Ebony wand should be wand of death. Water walking boots should be mud boots. Tattered cape should be displacement, opera cloak MR, piece of cloth for invis, ornamental for protection. I personally contend READ ME should be teleportation but that feels more personal. What are your picks?
