Animal Jam issues

Has anyone ever had any Animal Jam issues where contacting them didn’t really work?

Right now I’m experiencing an issue my chat technically got suspended for two years over Disney songs if anyone knows anybody who works at Animal Jam feel free to drop their email so I can actually contact them because it seems really strange and overbroad just by how interesting the punishment is
