Tent questions

Awaiting Flair

I have a couple tents, one is around 45 years old, another 35 or so. My family bought them new, but have been in storage (a closet in the house) since the late 90s.

They're both nylon dome tents. Both in really good shape for their age, no tears no molds, etc.

I have no idea if they're still waterproof.

Is there any hope for them? Any tips to make sure they're up for Scouting activities?
