Question about Mr Clean Scrubbing Erasers

I am always super cautious about not mixing cleaners, and I have been seeing people use mr clean scrubbing erasers with a cleaning product like an all purpose cleaner or dawn dish soap or fabuloso. Is this safe? Im asking since if it is I do think a lot of places I clean could benefit from an extra scrub down but don’t want to possible cause a chemical reaction.
