*Crashout* Cyberstan opened my eyes

FEEDBACK / SUGGESTION

It opened my eyes to the state of the game and designing future enemies. First, it was the War Strider. It was annoying and it's still annoying. No answer to it except an ultimatum or thermite to the paenus. Now, it's Vox Engine and pretty much everything intertwined together. Why in hell a basic thing such as checking collision for enemies on Vox Engine's threads before release wasn't done? I assume it wasn't because of the state this thing got released. At first I was hyped, but experiencing Cyberstan after a couple of days of attempts at playing the game and attempting to enjoy it, the hype died down fast.

How in hell is a Devastator shield is invincible but a God damn tank is made out of paper? Same goes for Exo Suits. Why is it possible for a Vox Engine to just materialize or for 3 of them to be dropped via single bot drop? Why are the calling enemies so fast at calling for backup overall? There's literally no chance of preventing neither bug breach nor bot drop amidst chaos. Ironically, the perfectly designed "support role" is Illuminate's Watcher, if you look for it, you will notice it. It can still sneak up on you, but it's far more managable than the other two equivalents. Like... What are you trying to do here, devs? Why are you combining both a milisim and a horde shooter into one game? Pick a God damn lane (and every sign points to a horde shooter), make it challenging but not annoying. I'm not a normie either - I enjoy difficulty, but what Helldivers 2 is offering is just a horrendous experience. "Switch difficulties, blah blah blah" my brother in Christ, I'd rather switch the game, it's a PVE GAME. Difficulties, in this game, in my eyes, are supposed to introduce you to each of faction's challenges. You go from lv 1 to lv 10 'till you can reach it and stay there, so you can deliver maximum liberation efforts. I'm not gonna lower the difficulty, if the core issue lies within enemy design and developer's vision (or lack of it).

"Use stealth! They buffed stealth!" On Cyberstan it's pointless. Vox Engine sees you, you Die. You try to clear out threat in front of you, suddenly on top of your screen you see "BOT DROP" message because some passerby saw your ass clap mid-shooting with the Censor rifle and decided to cancel you permanently. Stealth is usable, ironically, on a open environment, not in close quarters.

I genuinely can't belive how the balancing team hates its playerbase. It's a liveservice game, you want people to play, and on top of it you get responses from the devs being like "I know it's december, but go touch grass". It's ironic because.... People come back from touching grass to Play the God damn game and have fun, but you prevent people from achieving said fun by your own decisions. And yes, I know it's February, but point and the comment still stand. This game could be more popular than it is now if you'd make proper decisions and stop juggling between horde shooter and milisim philosophy and just ditch the milisim philosophy. Gameplay doesn't support it, enemy design doesn't support it, enemy quantity doesn't support it.

"Hey, it's not completely bad, they buffed Grenade Launcher!" great. What else? WHAT ELSE?! Do I have to be a meta slave and just like everyone else run around with the Grenade Launcher + Supply Pack combo? Why can't I use the stuff I want to use? Oh right. Because game is designed to just fuck with you.

I can't. I simply can't support this circus anymore. Thanks for ruining bot front for me. I'm witholding any money from you, as well as my time for now.

Tl;dr - Tired of devs bullshit decisions/lack of thorough testing of new units, taking a break from the game.
