Availability

I am applying for dish and I have nothing going on any other day but on Tuesday I have my community choir at 7:30 so I would not be available to close Tuesday. I understand it's a restaurant but I'm open on other weekdays and weekends as well. If I get the interview, do I have a chance if I tell them this?
