URGENT: Nusuk Rawdah Permit Glitch + Wheelchair Assistance Question

Assalamualikum,

I went on umrah in 2024 and now I’m unable to book a Rawdah permit due to the nNusuk app glitch after the update. When I log in and complete my details using the same account it says my ID already exists and is linked to another account. But when I try to recover the account, it says no account is found.

So I can’t log in, recover, or create a new account. Has anyone faced this? How did you fix it?

Also, my mother (wheelchair user) has a Rawdah permit. In 2024, I was allowed to enter with her to push her wheelchair even though I didn’t have my own permit. I’ve heard that now the person assisting and pushing the wheelchair must also have a separate Rawdah permit. Can anyone confirm if this is true? I want to go with my mother :(
