Question for 100% weed smokers.

As title say, since im from southeast Europe were we usally mix our joints with tobaccco. How are you guys not stoned as hell every time you somoke ? 100% weed joints are too heavy for me and its also pretty expensive to smoke like that here. I dont know is just Europe thing to mix, really wanna hear your answers :D
