[Nintendo DS] [unknown year] [fantasy turn-based RPG, amnesiac male protagonist with grey hair and red shirt]

Hi! I’m trying to remember a Nintendo DS game I played as a kid.

Platform: Nintendo DS Genre: Fantasy JRPG / Turn-based RPG Language: I played it in Spanish (official translation, I think since I played it on an R4)

Graphics / Art style:

Dialogue scenes had 2D characters The game felt pretty linear (story + battles)

Combat system:

• Classic turn-based menu combat (Attack / Defend / Heal / Magic, etc.)
• Characters did NOT move on a grid or battlefield (not tactical RPG)
• You could customize equipment/items (weapons, etc.)

Story / Setting:

• Starts in a small village
• The main character is a young boy who loses his memory (amnesia is definitely part of the plot, probably at the beginning)
• He travels with a female companion/friend early on
• The party members were all human (some had magic abilities)
• The goal was to save the world from some dark magical entity / evil force
• The story felt emotional but also had humor

Main character details:

• Male protagonist
• Grey hair
• Red shirt
• Uses a sword at the start
• You could choose his name (I named him after myself)

It wasn’t a super famous franchise like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest.
