Ovarian Cyst

I got a renal/bladder sonogram bc my bladder wasn’t emptying and they found a giant cyst. 11.0 x 7.6 x 9.5 cm predominantly cystic right ovarian lesion with debris or soft tissue posteriorly. I have an mri and gyno appt tm but does anyone know what that means or had something similar. Any input id really appreciate. Freaking out
