Check ups?

check ups?

hey y'all. I am 2.5 years post op, DMX with DIEP reconstruction. I had no issues with surgery and now I'm in the follow up care time frame. I see my medical oncologist every 6 months and go once a month for my Lupron injection, while also taking letrozole every day. I have seen my breast surgeon 3 times since surgery, once for a check in before I left the hospital and twice for a check up. I am scheduled once a year to see her, and she does a quick exam and thats it. My oncologist does the same at my yearly visits.

So my question is, do I REALLY need to see my breast surgeon? She doesn't do MRIs or CTs or USs, just a hands on physical exam and thats it. I feel like as long as I'm seeing my medical oncologist routinely, that's fine. I also haven't seen my plastic surgeon since last year.
