My name is Julia and I ended up on Short-Term Leave from my work in Biomanufacturing due to work overload and personal mental health and life intersecting. I'm trying to study what factors can contribute to absenteeism as Essential Employees, people working in healthcare, manufacturing, and other round-the-clock positions.

I'm a grad student at St Kate's University in Saint Paul, MN and working on a Research project that will provide data on the level of value having an on-site daycare in today's work environment.

I need to be able to gather enough data to accurately reflect where our public sits on this topic and would be so grateful if my post could be approved so I can hopefully get some responses coming in. I attached my International Review Board (IRB)-Approved Flyer with the post as well.

The more data I can gather the more credible my report-out will be so any willingness to help is GREATLY appreciated!
