Any way to do Infernum + Fargo’s Masochist?

There is an old post covering this, but with current updates it doesn’t seem possible. If I get both turned on without having the Calamity Fargo’s DLC, the bosses break, but If I have the DLC Infernum force disables eternity and masochist. Is there anyway around this?
