“Checking Media Presence” every time it boots

Recently my computer restarted on itself while i was playing some games. When it restarted it played a repeated noise then during its boot it showed a message that said “Checking media presence”, after, it said something like “no Operating system found”. After restarting it showed the same message then started up normally. Now ive started my PC once again it shows the same message first and once again then starts like normal.

How do i fix this and is there something wrong? Please tell me with 1 by 1 instructions due to me not knowing how to do it. Thank you! (Windows 11)
