Lightening crotch?

For the last maybe 2-3 weeks (ish) I’ve been feeling baby’s kicks reaaaally low down. Sometimes I genuinely feel like a foot is going to come out of my vagina, or that my waters are genuinely about to burst because of the sensation it causes. It’s a really sudden burst of sharp pain (but isn’t very painful) if that makes sense!

Is it lightening crotch?! I never experienced anything like this with my first but she was breech from 20wks until she was born so all of her movements I could feel up in my ribs because her feet were by her face the whole time!

I’m 26+2 for reference!
