I feel I'm stuck 🫠

Hi, So I've been learning Mandarin for a year now and i just finished Hsk 5 上 ，but since starting finishing hsk4 till now i feel like i didn't improve at all, and i have a lot of apps and resources and i have no idea which one is the best way to go, I'm using Super chinese, lingq, hanly, Chinese skill, and more, i started to feel like I'm not gaining any new knowledge and just wasting my time.
