Shopee/shipping company to ship to the US

So my father came across the shopee app and have been browsing it for possible car parts. As it is difficult to find the car parts in our country, but I guess he can find them easily on the app.

Is there a shipping/courier company that possibly acts as the 3rd man to make purchases on shopee and ship them to the US? Or a company that I could possibly send the package to, that then forwards it to the US?
